A person needs food to live and by not eating anything all day until 7 you are killing your metabolism. The weight you have lost is water and muscle, NOT FAT. That is why when you stop this diet, you will gain it all back because muscle is what sheds pounds, not fat. You should be eating at least 4 small meals a day, high in protein and fiber, and doing cardio exercises 45 minutes to an hour 5 days a week. That is how to lose weight in a healthy manner.</description>

		<description>i myself is on a diet for about a month now i am 18 yrs old and when i started i weight 150 
as of now 3 weeks later i currently weigh 131 which is 19 pounds lighter 
and all i done was stop drinking soda stop eating fat foods like bread oils mcdondales burgerkinq ramen noodle soups ect.
when u wake up in the morninq drink a cup of tea which has no calories and use the splender or sweet n low which is also no calories and make some scrambled eggs which is only 40 calories and cook them with the spray pam no calories and they dont eat nothing all day until or eat like 1 apple or orange in between dont eat nothing at all until maybe 630 7 make some grilled chicken with rice and then 20 mins later qo running jogging do sit ups jummpinq jacks and dont eat nothing the rest of the night thats how i lost my 19lbs try it
